- JDFS Alberts – One of Latvia’s most prominent football clubs, widely respected for its elite youth development and consistent presence in Latvian top-tier football.
- Baltic Sports Agency (BSA) – A strategic sports agency based in Latvia, with deep networks across the Baltic region and beyond.
- Adoura Sports Consulting – A U.S.-based consultancy with extensive operations across Europe and Africa, specializing in sports strategy, development, and player advancement.
Signing on behalf of the partners were:

During the signing ceremony, JDFS Vice President Jānis Pakalns emphasized the deep alignment of values between JDFS Alberts and TMT FC, stating:
